Offer Details
First Candidate: If the first candidate’s annual salary is 2 lakhs LPA or below, the service fee of 8.33% will be waived off.
Subsequent Candidates: The subsequent candidate will be charged 7% of their annual salary. Any additional candidates beyond the first two will be charged 8.33% of their annual salary.
Terms and Conditions
- Minimum Profiles/Candidates: This offer is applicable only for clients engaging in recruitment services for a minimum of 5 profiles/candidates.
Eligibility Period: The offer is valid for clients engaging in recruitment services for 3 months.
Profile Definition: Each profile refers to a distinct job role or position being recruited for by the client.
Waived Fee Eligibility: The waived fee for the first candidate applies only to placements made within 3 months after the starting date, and the candidate’s annual salary must be 2 lakhs LPA or below.
Salary Calculation: The annual salary for fee calculation purposes includes all fixed components but excludes variable components such as bonuses or commissions.
Validity: This offer is valid for a limited period and may be subject to change or withdrawal without prior notice.
Exclusive Offer: This offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.
Payment Terms: The recruitment fee for each candidate is due upon successful placement and acceptance of the job offer.
Cancellation: In the event of candidate withdrawal or termination within a specified probationary period, terms for one replacement will be subject to the company’s standard policies.
Legal Compliance: All parties must adhere to applicable laws and regulations governing recruitment practices.
